We have high standards for the products we put in our baskets. Occasionally, we may need to substitute an item in a basket. It will always be a comparable item of equal or greater value.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or any non-perishable item arrives damaged, please contact us by phone at 804.385.7089, between the hours of 9:00am-5:pm EST, within 15 days of arrival. Damage to perishable items must be reported within 48 hours of arrival. We will offer a suitable replacement or issue a refund. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
If your order is returned to us because of an non-deliverable address, we will resend non-perishable items for an additional delivery fee. Perishable items will not be reshipped but we will offer a 15% discount on a replacement.
